Booking

The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before.

At the time of booking, a full payment is required before or after session. Your session deposit can be made in the form of Cash, Cash App, or Zelle. Appointments made without payment or prior discussed, may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment is required at the time of booking. Payments that are not paid or discussed within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the JDS Creative policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give JDS Creative ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever he see’s fit.

Payments

 Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted. An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund BUT the client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographers schedule within 3 months. The Director reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If JDS Creative cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Director shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Creator. In the event JDS Creative fails for any other reason, JDS Creative shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

GUESTS

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for anything outside.

Large groups of people tend to take the focus away from the actual pictures and we end up shooting way less than we were suppose to But it's up to you. Bring the whole family if you want!

Inside studio shoots keep it down to 2-5 guests if not being shot please.

Makeup artists/ Hairstylists are welcomed on set. Director is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking unless already discussed. Failure to properly prepare will sole serve the photographer no responsibility.
